Pankhuri Awasthy Rode, who is known for her roles in shows like Razia Sultan and Kya Qasoor Hai Amla Ka, recently entered into the world of motherhood. The actress, along with her actor-husband Gautam Rode, welcomed twins a couple of months ago and now, the telly couple hosted a private and traditional naming ceremony (naamkaran) for their little ones. Pankhuri decided to give her fans and followers a glimpse into this ceremony and took to social media to share a video about the same.

In a video posted by Pankhuri Awasthy Rode on her Instagram story, the actress is seen donning a beige ceremony with matching golden jewellery. Prior this, Pankhuri has posted several photos and videos of her and Gautam spending time with their kids. In the past couple of months, Pankhuri shared several moments after the arrival of their twins, from her husband posing with their newborn in the hospital to the welcoming ceremony of their twins in her previous social media posts.

 

For the unversed, Pankhuri Awasthy Rode and Gautam Rode, who tied the knot in 2018, welcomed their first babies on July 25, 2023. The couple announced the good news on the social media platform with a beautiful note card, which said, “We've been blessed with a baby boy & a baby girl arrived July 25th 2023,” which was followed by a lovely message expressing happiness and gratitude. They had captioned it saying, “As we embrace this new chapter as a family of four, we are filled with heartfelt gratitude for the love and blessings showered upon us.”
