It turns out that Shah Rukh Khan shares a strong bond with Union Cabinet Minister of Textiles and the former TV actress Smriti Irani. How so? Well, Smriti Irani's husband Zubin Irani is SRK’s childhood friend.

 

So, when Smriti, who recently joined Instagram, shared a photo of her step-daughter Shanelle, SRK reposted it making an interesting revelation. SRK wrote, “My childhood friend Zubin’s daughter all grown up and so pretty… and just for the record, I named her Shanelle.”

 

Now, this is a rare but interesting revelation coming from SRK himself. On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan will be seen in a romantic drama starring Anushka Sharma in Imtiaz Ali's next.
