In a development that has stirred considerable excitement among fans, actors Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda are reportedly tying the knot on February 26, 2026, in the picturesque city of Udaipur, Rajasthan. The news was revealed in an article by Mid‑Day, which specifies that the destination wedding will be held “at a beautiful palace in Udaipur.”
The couple, who are said to have engaged last month at a private ceremony in Hyderabad, have chosen to keep their relationship largely under wraps—though engagement rings spotted on public appearances have done their talking. While neither Rashmika nor Vijay has publicly confirmed the engagement or the wedding details, Vijay’s team has reportedly verified the February date.
Their romantic association dates back to the successful Telugu films Geetha Govindam (2018) and Dear Comrade (2019), and over the years the pair has been spotted together at various events and holidays. According to the report, fans took further notice when Rashmika’s Wikipedia page started listing Vijay as her partner, with “engaged” beside his name.
Udaipur often called the “City of Lakes” has become a hotspot for celebrity weddings, having hosted several high-profile nuptials in recent years. The choice indicates that the couple is aiming for an extravagant yet serene affair amidst Rajasthan’s regal heritage.
On the professional front, Rashmika is awaiting the theatrical release of her Telugu film The Girlfriend on November 7, while Vijay was last seen in Kingdom.
