Raghav Juyal on attending TIFF for KILL premiere, “Didn’t imagine 3 years back that…”

Raghav Juyal was seen earlier this year in the Salman Khan starrer comic caper Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. He played Salman’s adopted brother and was paired opposite Shehnaaz Gill. He will next be seen in director Nikhil Nagesh Bhat’s KILL, which is a collaboration between Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Guneet Monga’s Sikhya Entertainment. The movie, which is said to be an actioner, stars the debutant Lakshya in the lead role. Raghav will star alongside him in a pivotal character.

KILL is all set to have its world premiere at the ongoing Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). The film will be a part of the Midnight Madness program and will compete for the People’s Choice Award.

 

Raghav is delighted to be making his debut at TIFF this year with KILL. Sharing his reaction, he said in a statement, “Attending TIFF for the first time as an actor is a surreal feeling. KILL has been an incredible journey, and I am grateful for this opportunity. Working with Nikhil Nagesh Bhat and the talented cast has been an enriching experience. I didn’t imagine 3 years back that I will as an actor get to evolve so quick. I am lucky that I get to work with such incredible and respected names, who are entrusting me with such hard-hitting roles. I was largely known for comedy, but I was determined to evolve. And this recognition to be part of TIFF of a film in a genre I have never been a part of is truly rewarding.”
