Pooja Banerjee says she couldn’t stop crying after Kumkum Bhagya set caught fire

Pooja Banerjee is the latest addition to the cast of Kumkum Bhagya and will be playing the role of Rhea in the show. She received the offer for this show on the first day of resuming Kasautii Zindagii Kay and was ecstatic to be a part of the show. Only a couple of days ago, the sets of Kumkum Bhagya caught fire, and thankfully, everyone escaped unharmed. Even though there was only a little property damage, Pooja Banerjee couldn’t help but recall her similar experience from Nach Baliye 9.

In her recent conversation with another portal, she said that she was very happy to be a part of two of the biggest shows and they are being shot in the same compound. After wrapping the shoot for Kumkum Bhagya, Pooja was headed to the sets of Kasautii Zindagii Kay which happens to be next door. When she saw the set catching fire, she couldn’t help but cry and was the only person crying. Her family asked her to take a few days off to recover from the scene but she did not want to lose out on work since a lot of people are unemployed. While things were going well for them and they had resumed shoot recently after Parth Santhaan was diagnosed positive for Coronavirus, she couldn’t help but cry when things went haywire.

 

Her co-star, Sriti Jha along with other people confirmed if she was okay and she said that she had no clue why this was happening.
