Nawazuddin Siddiqui makes a special request as he takes up the dalgona challenge from Squid Game; watch 

Nawazuddin Siddiqui has joined the Squid Game squad. Squid Game is a South Korean survival drama created by Dong-hyuk for Netflix. The show sees hundreds of contestants in need of money compete in children's games for a tempting prize, but the stakes are deadly. Now, in a crossover episode, Nawazuddin Siddiqui features in the dalgona candy game scene of Squid Game.

Actor Nawazuddin who has been digitally added to the scene is seen licking a candy that has a star-shaped design in the center. The scene begins with Oh Il-nam (O Yeong-su), Cho Sang-wo (Park Hae-soo), and Seong Gi-hun (Lee Jung-jae) working on their candies with a few others in the background.

 

Nawazuddin who is seen attempting to get the star out also looks around at the guards who are shooting other contestants who are failing at the task. He then casually asks a guard, "Koi aur flavour milega kya (Can I get any other flavour)? Kesar pista, kala khatta, anything?" The clip reveals that the episode will be continued in 2022.

 

Sharing the video, Nawazuddin wrote, "Mere saath game kyun khelte rahte hain ye @netflix_in waale… chaahte kya hain (Why do these people keep playing games with me… what do they want)???”

Netflix had earlier also shared a poster featuring Nawazuddin standing among the Squid Game contestants. He is seen standing between Abdul Ali (Anupam Tripathi) and Seong Gi-hun. The tagline of the poster reads, “Iss baar Trivedi bhi nahi bachega, referring to Nawazuddin's character from Sacred Games.”
