Mahesh Babu’s family joins him in New York; daughter gets to meet Alia Bhatt
Telugu cinema’s heart-throb Mahesh Babu is currently in New York shooting for Vamshi Paidipally’s Maharshi. For the 10-day schedule, Mahesh Babu is accompanied by his wife Namrata Shirodkar and their two children Gautam and Sitara. In New York, little Sitara’s excitement knew no bounds when she got to know Alia Bhatt was staying in the same hotel as Mahesh Babu and family.
“Alia was visiting Ranbir Kapoor who’s in New York for his father’s medical treatment. She was in NY for just one day. Sitara, who is a big fan of Alia, was hugely excited to know her favourite actress was staying in the same hotel. When mom Namrata took Sitara to Alia’s room for a quick chat, Alia was not only welcoming she also made sure to ask Sitara about her school, interests and hobbies.
Throughout Sitara’s fan-encounter with Alia, Ranbir sat smiling from a distance. Incidentally, Alia had flown to New York for only one day to be by her boyfriend’s side as Ranbir’s father Rishi Kapoor went into intense treatment for his mental condition.
