“Loki is more powerful than all the Avengers?” – writes Tom Hiddleston in new Disney+ featurette for the Marvel series

Marvel's Loki is already one of Disney+’s latest series. The series premiered earlier this month and is taking the Avengers’ character to next level. The streaming platform released a new featurette, on June 18, starring Tom Hiddlestons and his co-stars Owen Wilson, Wunmi Mosaku, and Sophia Di Martino, where they spoke about how Loki is supervillain-turned-anti-hero.

In the video, the cast say, “Just when you thought you've seen the last of the MCU's most devilishly handsome and debonair character, Marvel's unsung hero is back with his signature wit and charm you can't live without. Get ready for Loki, a superior character, more powerful than all of the Avengers put together.”

 

Later, the cast realises what they are reading, and the three look confused, as it seems there's something wrong with their lines. When the three actors stop reading their lines and ask who wrote it, the camera pans to Tom Hiddleston (Loki), smiling while holding a board and pen.

 

Loki premiered on June 9 on Disney+ Hotstar in India. It features the God of Mischief as he steps out of his brother’s shadow in a new series that takes place after the events of Avengers: Endgame. Tom Hiddleston returns as the title character, joined by Owen Wilson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Sophia Di Martino, Wunmi Mosaku and Richard E. Grant. Kate Herron directs Loki, and Michael Waldron is head writer.
