Lisa Ray reveals she did not have a fitting for her wedding gown, says she is not a fan of big weddings

Actor Lisa Ray, who is now in Singapore with husband and two daughters, was last seen in the second season of Four More Shots Please, a web show wherein she plays a film icon. The first season mentioned her sexuality and her affair with her female fitness trainer. In the second season, it gets happier. Sorry about the spoiler!

 

Lisa Ray reveals she did not have a fitting for her wedding gown, says she is not a fan of big weddings

 

Speaking to a leading daily, Lisa revealed her and her on-screen girlfriend's wedding in the show had her more decked up than her real wedding. She described herself as a person who believes in simplicity. She revealed that her own wedding was far from being a lavish affair, and took place in Napa Valley, in the presence of her close friends. Famous fashion designer Wendell Rodricks, who recently passed away, designed  a simple wedding gown for her. Lisa went on to add that she was in another part of the world when the gown was being made and she did not even have a fitting session.

 

Lisa also went on to add that her character, in every way, was opposite to how she really is, and if her character was loved, then it would be credited to her director and her performance.
