Kiara Advani confesses motherhood has made her “more of a tigress”: “It’s like nothing else matters, and…”

Kiara Advani has spoken candidly about how marriage and motherhood have reshaped her personal life, describing both as deeply transformative experiences while also insisting that her core self remains unchanged. In a recent conversation with Grazia India, the actor reflected on her relationship with Sidharth Malhotra and the quiet adjustments that followed their marriage. She said building a home together brought a new sense of independence.

“Marriage has brought a sense of independence, in terms of running our own home or creating our little universe together,” she shared, adding that while the shift was natural, much of what defined their relationship earlier continues unchanged.

 

“Before marriage, me and Sidharth had the same banter and had fun travelling so those things still remain. We also watch movies together and since we look at it as cinema lovers or as the audience, as well as actors, we get excited to discuss it.”

“Motherhood changes how you see everything”

 

If marriage introduced a new rhythm to her life, motherhood altered her outlook more profoundly. Speaking about the experience, Advani described it as something that reshaped her priorities in unexpected ways. “I’ve become more of a tigress,” she said. “The way I see life now, it is through a completely different lens. It’s like nothing else matters, and at the same time, everything matters.”

 

 

 

Despite these changes, she believes the essence of who she is has remained intact. “That little girl is still inside me,” she said, referring to the early dreamer who first imagined a life in front of the camera.

 

On the professional front, Advani was last seen in War 2 opposite Hrithik Roshan. The film generated significant anticipation ahead of release but received a relatively muted response at the box office.

 

She has also been widely speculated to headline Shakti Shalini, a project linked to the expanding Maddock Horror Comedy Universe.

 

Her next release is Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups alongside Yash. Scheduled for release on June 4, 2026, the film will mark her first theatrical outing after becoming a mother.
