Karan Johar calls himself ‘proud Nana’ after Alia Bhatt delivers a baby girl
The relationship of Karan Johar and Alia Bhatt is known to all and the filmmaker has been quite open about his fatherly fondness for the Bhatt girl. While he was also instrumental in getting her into films as an actress, it is proud moment for this director today. Readers would be aware that earlier today, Alia welcomed her first child with Ranbir Kapoor, a baby girl. While congratulatory messages started to pour in for the ‘it’ Bollywood couple, Karan Johar added a special post to them on Instagram.
When Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor tied the knot earlier this year, an emotional Karan Johar wished them with a heartfelt note. Similarly, now that the couple crossed yet another milestone in their personal life, the filmmaker took to Instagram to share a photo with the couple from their wedding day along with a note that read, “My heart is full of love…. Welcome to the world baby girl… you have so much love waiting for you….. I love you @aliaabhatt and RK!! To the moon and back!!!! So this makes me a proud Nana!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”
Earlier today, we had reported that Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor visited HN Reliance Hospital. Reports also suggested that, Alia has undergone C-section. Soon after the delivery, media reports were abuzz with the news as many shared the good news on social media. However, soon Alia took to social media to confirm the news saying, "And in the best news of our lives:- our baby is here.. and what a magical girl she is <3 We are officially bursting with love - blessed and obsessed Parents!!! Love love love Ranbir and Alia"
