Now, the film’s latest song ‘What Jhumka?’, which was released earlier today, has added on to the excitement. Apart from the positive chemistry between Ranveer and Alia, the deep and energetic vocals of Arijit Singh and Jonita Gandhi also have struck a chord with the audience.

 

‘What Jhumka?’ is based on the old classic song ‘Jhumka Gira Re’ from the iconic film Mera Saaya. The song was picturized on the yesteryear actress Sadhana. And this ensures that the old song has a connection with its newly inspired version in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.

 

Not many people would know that Sadhana happens to be the aunt of Karan Johar. She used to consider Yash Johar, father of Karan, her rakhi brother. So, Karan recreating a song featuring her aunt Sadhana is an interesting trivia for the fans.

 

Also starring Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani is all set to release in theatres on July 28.
