EXCLUSIVE: Did you know Kiara Advani had to handle two Kabir Singhs on set?

Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani starrer Kabir Singh is quite an unconventional love story that portrays very raw and intense emotions. The director Sandeep Vanga has also directed the original film, Arjun Reddy, which happened to be his debut venture. The original did make its actor, Vijay Deverakonda, a superstar overnight with his stellar performance, and now, the audience is really rooting for Shahid Kapoor to add his own element to the role. We have already seen Shahid perform intense roles in movies like Kaminey and Haider, so we know he will be able to pull it off really well.

However, in an exclusive conversation with Bollywood Hungama, the Kabir Singh duo revealed a few interesting details from the sets of the film. Kiara Advani said, “When I came back to Mumbai from Delhi, it took me a while to get back to my normal self and to get out of my character, Preeti’s zone.” Shahid also went on to reveal how the emotion on the sets in general was full of angst and turmoil, until Kiara came in and they started shooting the light-hearted scenes. We had revealed how Arjun Reddy and Kabir Singh came from Sandeep Vanga’s personal experiences, so he is usually like Kabir’s latter version. Kiara jokes, “I had two Kabir Singhs to handle”.
