EXCLUSIVE: Gehraiyaan star Deepika Padukone opens up on her upcoming Hollywood rom-com; says, "Too nascent stage at this point"

Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone was recently seen in Shakun Batra’s Gehraiyaan co-starring Ananya Pandey and Sidharth Chaturvedi. Deepika has now shared a few details about her upcoming Hollywood rom-com. In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Hungama, Deepika talked about the film.

When asked about if she can tell a little about the upcoming Hollywood project, to which the actress replied, “Too nascent stage to be talking about that at this point,” she said. Deepika further talked about her film Gehraiyaan, it’s response from family and industry people, Draupadi project. Deepika also revealed the most challenging scene from Gehraiyaan.

 

On the work front, Deepika is set to be seen opposite Shah Rukh Khan for Yash Raj Film’s action film Pathan which has been scheduled for release on August 15, 2022. She is also set to star opposite Prabhas in an as-yet untitled science fiction film from filmmaker Nag Ashwin.
