Diljit Dosanjh shares excitement for Delhi as Dil-Luminati tour hits India

Diljit Dosanjh continues to enchant audiences in India and worldwide with his music. After touring several countries for his Dil-Luminati Tour, the singer is now preparing for the Indian leg of the tour. Sharing new photos, Diljit conveyed his excitement for his upcoming concert in Delhi, even playfully asked, “Delhi Ka Mausam Kya Keh Raha Hai?”

On Friday, Diljit Dosanjh took to Instagram to share a series of pictures as he prepared to kick off the Indian leg of his Dil-Luminati Tour. Dressed in a stylish denim jacket and pants, he posed with his arms spread wide in front of an airplane. Additional photos showed him sitting inside the plane upon arriving in Delhi. His post was captioned, “Delhi Ka Mausam Kya Keh Raha Hai?” (What is the weather of Delhi saying?) accompanied by a sunglasses emoji, and he added, “DIL-LUMINATI TOUR Year 24.”

 

 

 

Diljit also posted an Instagram story showcasing the interior of the plane, with the classic song ‘Bharat Ka Rahnewala Hoon’ from Purab Aur Paschim playing in the background. To reflect his patriotismand love for India, he included the word ‘INDIA’ along with a tricolor sticker.

 

Before kicking off the India leg of the Dil-Luminati Tour, Diljit Dosanjh performed in Canada, the US, Australia, England, Italy, and New Zealand. He recently expressed feeling ‘overwhelmed’ by the incredible response to his upcoming Dil-Luminati India Tour 2024, which has achieved record status as the highest-grossing concert tour in India, selling an impressive 2.5 lakh tickets. All tickets for his shows have sold out. Besides Delhi, the tour will include major Indian cities such as Jaipur, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Pune, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, and Guwahati.

 

On the work front, Diljit, who received widespread acclaim for his portrayal of Amar Singh Chamkila in Imtiaz Ali’s Netflix film, has joined the cast of Border 2. Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan has also been brought on board for the film.
