BH Style Icons 2023: Janhvi Kapoor wins 'Most Stylish Youth Icon (Female); speaks about being on "an endless journey" of style and fashion

The popular celebs of Bollywood, television, digital, and the South Indian film industry came together to celebrate Bollywood Hungama’s first-ever award ceremony, Bollywood Hungama Style Icons 2023. The star-studded affair was nothing but a fun and entertaining night honouring numerous celebs. Among them, actress Janhvi Kapoor was honoured with the ‘Most Stylish Youth Icon’ award which was presented by Fardeen Khan.

Janhvi seems to have inherited her mother's passion for fashion and has redefined it via her films and chic public appearances. Hence, it is not surprising that Janhvi has pleased fashion critics on several occasions. The actress actually showed off her diverse sense of fashion over a number of appearances and even during the promotion of the film, which included formal western clothing, sarees, and cocktail gowns.

 

On receiving the award, Janhvi said, “Thank you Bollywood Hungama for this award. I did see my face up there with the nominees, so thank you for giving it to me anyway. But I think style and fashion is all about being comfortable with who you are and that’s an endless journey. I really like to thank you all for encouraging while I am on this journey.”

 

On the professional front, Janhvi will be next seen in Bawaal opposite Varun Dhawan and Mr. and Mrs. Maahi in which she co-stars with Rajkummar Rao. Janhvi has also announced that she will be making her Telugu debut with Jr. NTR.

 

Talking about the first edition of the Bollywood Hungama Style Icons, it was held at JW Marriott in Mumbai. The highlights of the award show were the big names like Rohit Shetty, Ajay Devgn, Anil Kapoor, and so many more who attended the event which also saw a soulful performance by Neeti Mohan.
