Ayush Mehra makes Cannes red carpet debut in a hand-stitched ivory tux for the premier of Kinds of Kindness
Indian actor Ayush Mehra stepped onto the world stage at the 77th Cannes Film Festival, marking his debut at the prestigious cinema event. Known for his roles in projects like Call My Agent Bollywood and Issi Life Mein!, Mehra turned heads with a classic and sophisticated look.
Clad in a custom-made tuxedo by Indian designer Sawan Gandhi, Mehra exuded timeless elegance. The ivory blazer, featuring intricate hand-stitched details, was paired with a crisp white shirt and black trousers. Stylist Kudrat Anand completed the ensemble with a black bowtie, solidifying a look that was both polished and modern.
Mehra's Cannes debut wasn't the only Indian presence at the festival. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and other Bollywood stars were also spotted gracing the red carpet.
The actor's attendance coincided with the premiere of Kind of Kindness, starring Academy Award winner Emma Stone. The film is one of several high-profile debuts at Cannes 2024, following premieres of Furiosa, George Miller's prequel to Mad Max: Fury Road, and Francis Ford Coppola's long-awaited fantasy drama, Megalopolis.
