Amy Jackson and fiancé George Panayiotou blessed with a baby boy

Parenthood for Amy Jackson has finally arrived! The actor, who was expecting her first child with fiancé George Panayiotou, has been blessed with a baby boy who they named Andreas. On her Instagram handle, the actor also shared the first photo of the child straight from the hospital bed. 'Our Angel, welcome to the world Andreas,' she wrote. The photo has George placing a kiss on Amy's forehead while the new mom holds the baby in her arms. Check it out below.

Amy announced her pregnancy in March on Mothers' Day this year. “I’ve been waiting to shout it from the roof tops, and today, being Mother’s Day, it couldn’t be a more perfect time... I already love you more than anything in this world, the purest most honest love”, she wrote, in a heartfelt note on Instagram.

 

 

In an earlier interview, Amy also revealed how George had asked her hand for marriage. She revealed that she was proposed on a raft in Zambia, during a private dinner. While she called her pregnancy unplanned, she also said she was over the moon to find out that she was about to be a mother!

 

Amy and George are likely to tie the knot in a grand wedding which will take place in Greece.
