Readers may recall that Amitabh Bachchan and Rajinikanth recently reunited on the sets of the upcoming film Vettaiyan. Directed by T.J. Gnanavel, it is currently being shot in Mumbai. Both actors were seen in sleek, stylish suits, and pictures of their meeting showed them in deep conversation and also sharing warm hugs, clearly displaying their strong bond and mutual respect.

He wrote, “After 33 years, I am working again with my mentor, the phenomenon, Shri Amitabh Bachchan in the upcoming Lyca’s ‘Thalaivar 170’ directed by T.J. Gnanavel. My heart is thumping with joy!!” This statement reflects his joy and anticipation about their collaboration.

 

Now, Amitabh Bachchan also shared his happiness and wrote, "Am honoured and privileged to be with the Thala the Great Rajni again .. he hasn’t changed at all .. the same simple humble down to earth friend despite his stratospheric greatness !!!” Fans have expressed their enthusiasm and nostalgia over seeing these two legends together again.
