Alia Bhatt mesmerises in white saree for Gangubai Kathiawadi promotions, poses with her cat Edward

Alia Bhatt, who is the lead in Gangubai Kathiawadi, has been busy promoting her film. The star just shared photographs of herself from a new photoshoot on Instagram. Bhatt looked stunning in an all-white saree while posing with her beloved cat Edward.

"Edward bhai and Gangubai," she captioned the photo, adding a white heart emoji. The actress was donning a strappy blouse paired with ivory saree with soft green print on it.

 

 

 

The film's production was completed in June of last year. Alia had turned to Instagram at the moment to announce the news, writing, “This film and set has been through two lockdowns.. two cyclones.. director and actor getting Covid during the making!!! the troubles the set has faced is another film altogether! But through all that and more.. what I take away is the gigantic life changing experience! Being directed by sir has been a dream all my life, but I don’t think anything would have prepared me for the journey I was on for these two years.. I walk out of this set a diff person today! I love you sir!”

 

Ajay Devgn, Vijay Raaz, and Jim Sarbh play key parts in Gangubai Kathiawadi, in addition to Alia Bhatt. The film will release in theatres on February 25, 2022.
