Drishyam 2 Box Office: Ajay Devgn starrer collects Rs. 70 lakhs on Day 41; total collections at Rs. 230.14 cr.

The Ajay Devgn starrer Drishyam 2 was released a while back, and since then the film has continued to retain a hold over the box office. After a stellar first few weeks run at the box office window, the business of the film finally started to see a decline in collections with the release of new movies. However, now with the underperformance of the Ranveer Singh starrer Cirkus, Drishyam 2 has received a boost at the box office. In fact, the film, which also stars Tabu, Akshaye Khanna, and Shriya Saran, has managed to collect a further Rs. 0.70 cr. on Day 41.

Drishyam 2 seems to have benefited the most from the underperformance of the Ranveer Singh starrer. In fact, the business of Drishyam 2 seems to be continuing its dominance at the box office, gradually seeing an increase in collections. Currently, the total collections of the film are pegged at Rs. 230.14 cr. after 41 days.

 

As of now, Drishyam 2 still manages to run in theatres and continues to find an audience. In fact, trade predicts that the business of the film will continue to see growth well into the New Year. As per estimates, Drishyam 2 could also come closer to the Rs. 240 cr. mark in the coming days.
