Sequel to 'Makdee' in the offing

Percept Picture Company, the production house which has a series of films ready for release [Revathy's PHIR MILENGE and Marlon Rodrigues' C U AT 9], still continues to be in news for its first production - Vishal Bhardwaj's MAKDEE. This critically acclaimed children's film, besides winning awards in India, went on to win the second prize at the Chicago International Film Festival. The film has now won the first prize of 5000 Euros in the Open Doek Film Festival of Belgium. Percept Picture Company and Vishal Bhardwaj are now planning a sequel to MAKDEE, which will go on the floors shortly.
