Real reason why Diya replaced Celina:

Diya Mirza has stepped in Celina Jaitley's shoes in Tulsi Ramsay's KOI MERE DIL MEIN HAIN, being directed by Deepak Ramsay. According to sources, Celina's contract with Feroz Khan prompted her exit from the project. It's true that Diya has replaced Celina in our film, Tulsi Ramsay tells us, confirming in the same breath, That's because Feroz Khan wanted JANASHEEN to be Celina's first release and asked us to give this assurance in writing. Our financiers were not willing to accept this clause, as they wanted us to complete and release the film as soon as possible. So we decided to replace Celina with Diya. In any case, Celina hadn't participated in the shooting schedule, so there weren't problems as such. The Sr. Ramsay adds that they are open to the idea of working with Celina in the future.
