While the makers maintain staunch silence on the character sketches of the actors in Baazaar, we hear that they have decided to rope in unconventional actress Radhika Apte for the ambitious Nikhil Advani venture. Speculations about this film have been doing the rounds over a year. Now that all of it has come to an end with the release of the first look poster last week, here are a few more details about this forthcoming venture.Who is Radhika Apte’s co-star in Baazaar - Is it Saif Ali Khan or Rohan Mehra?

 

With Radhika Apte’s name being associated with the film, the makers are however maintaining silence on the actors she will be paired up with. Besides Saif Ali Khan playing the protagonist, we had earlier mentioned that Baazaar also marks the debut of Vinod Mehra’s son Rohan Mehra. However giving a sneak peek into her role, producer Madhu Bhojwani added that it is a performance-oriented character and that they were in search for someone who can take the audience by surprise. Appreciating her acting chops, the producer maintained that Radhika fits the bill perfectly.

 

Baazaar, said to be a thriller based against the backdrop of the stock-market, is directed by Gauravv K Chawla. The film is said to commence shooting next week and as per the poster, is slated to release by the end of 2017. However, the makers are yet to finalize the date of release for the same.
