Kunaal Roy Kapur to direct horror film

After impressing everyone with his hilarious act in Delhi Belly, Kunaal Roy Kapur is all set to direct a horror mystery film for iRock Entertainment. Incidentally, this is not the first film that Kunaal will be directing. He had earlier directed the Hinglish satire The President Is Coming for Rohan Sippy.

 

While the cast is yet to be finalized, the film is set in a haunted hotel and is about a girl and her encounters with the supernatural forces.

Speaking about the film, producer Sid Jain of iRock said, "Yes Kunaal is directing a film for us. It's a small budget high concept film just like how Ragini MMS was. I would like to call it a horror mystery. It's an original story written by Aliya Curmally. The working title as of now is The Pool."

 

As for the cast, Sid said, "We are launching a new girl with this film. The hunt for the perfect face is still on."

 

Shooting of the film is expected to begin in July.
