Hrithik - Kangna legal battle: Forensic reports favour Hrithik Roshan

After the controversy over Hrithik Roshan and Kangna Ranaut's legal notices came into light, the issue turned into a criminal case of an impostor interacting with the actress and others, post the details of an alleged FIR filed by Roshan was revealed. And now after the court summoned a US company to investigate further about a so called fake id that was used to interact with Kangna, certain forensic reports that went viral on media have now been gaining attention.

These forensic reports marked under a company called Talsecure, have allegedly investigated the statement released by Kangna's legal team wherein they claimed that the actress' account was hacked by Hrithik Roshan who sent e-mails which are now being used against her in the matter. Reportedly these forensic statements claim that Hrithik Roshan has got a clean chit from them and it further alleges that the actor did not open any emails that were apparently sent by Kangna and he did not open them until recently.

 

A few other emails from Kangna's account have reportedly been doing the rounds which apparently prove that her account was hacked and that she has been really pissed off about it. Amongst the email conversations that went viral last week, we found yet another one that was similar to these, that was allegedly written by Kangna to Hrithik:

 

"Why don't you mail me baby? You don't talk to me at all. As a lover I never get any attention from you but you have cut all the ties with me as a friend also. Can't you even text me and say hi or say thanks for my response to your song. You didn't come for my b'day you never talk about my work or even that fact that I exist. You propogate Priyanka, Deepika, Sonam's work, why such a partiality with me?" (Dated: August 22, 2014)

 

However, here are few other mails that portray that Kangna has been threatening a certain hacker that is Hrithik Roshan in 2014 itself who has allegedly hacked her account. Interestingly, these mails were said to have been sent to Hrithik Roshan's original account hroshan@mac.com:

 

"As per your suggestion I have complained in the cyber-crime department and they took all the data from my mail account, when and how its being accessed and they are going to get in to the depths of it, they will find out who is this person who is accessing my mail. So everything is going to be ok :" (Dated: September 6, 2014)

 

 

"Tu abhi bhi mera mails check kar raha hai. Dumbo meri Haryanvi tutor roz aati hai aur main roz eke k gaaliyan seekh rahi hoon. Toh tu pange mat le nahin toh sari umar ke liye scar ho jayega. Koi therapy nahi chalegi, deewaron pe sir patakta milega.

 

aur vaise bhi bevkoof jab mujhe pata hai tune mera account hack kiya hai toh main koi pe confidential communication mail ke through kyun karungi?

 

dumb ass kya dimag mein bhusa hai kya tera? Kyun time waste kar raha hai? Apni aukat ki koi ladki dekh aur wahan dimag laga. Zayada unche sapne mat dekh.

 

Mere ghar ke bahar line hai, achche khason ko appointment nahi milti, tujhe ek charity samjha tha, lekin jise khadde se nikalo wahi tymhe khadde mein dhakel de wah! Kya baat hai!

 

Kyun aur baezzat hon chahta hai. Chup chap bhool ja sab aur dafa ho, stop checking my mails, nahin toh maine kaha na sara umar ke liye scar ho jayega." (Dated: November 19, 2014)

 

"Aur jin ladkiyon ko parties mein kiss karke ya kamar mein haath dalkar photo khicha raha hai tu kya samjha hai hero ban gaya? Yeh ladkiyan public property hain bevkoof. Yeh tujhe kya mujhe bhi de dengi toh jayada excited mat ho. Yakeen nahin hai to shart laga le :" (Dated: November 20, 2014)

 

On the other hand, Rizwan Siddiqui continues to vouch for his client that is Kangna Ranaut's innocence. According to his statement to a recent daily, Siddiqui alleged that Hrithik Roshan hasn't specifically denied the accusations thrown towards him by Rangoli which talks about his affair with Kangna as well as bothering her through hacking her account in the emails that were being sent to him, as per the recently circulated emails in media. Further claiming that it was quite surprising to have Hrithik suddenly putting an end to all interactions with Kangna and her sister, Rizwan also alleged that Hrithik was aware of the fact that Kangna's account has been hacked continuously. He further continued to question as to what made Hrithik file a complaint against a so called impostor after seven months that is in December 2014 whereas he first received the knowledge of someone operating from a fake id way back in May 2014. Further miffed with the fact that the police still hasn't provided a copy of the latest FIR filed by Hrithik Roshan where he has allegedly revealed the name of Kangna Ranaut who was said to be interacting with his impostor, Rizwan now revealed that he has applied for the copy of the same from the court itself.

 

Advocate Rizwan Siddiqui also further added in a recent statement, "A lot can be understood and can be well established from the three emails exchanged between my client's sister and Mr. Hrithik Roshan on the 25th of May 2014. These emails were sent by my client's sister to Mr. Hrithik Roshan on his correct email id and which have now been brought on record by Mr. Hrithik Roshan himself, before the media.

 

Firstly a perusal of these emails sufficiently prove that Mr. Hrithik Roshan knew fully well that my client Ms. Kangana Ranaut's emails were hacked prior to 25th of May 2014 and that therefore logically and reasonably, no mails received from her email id at least after 25th of May 2014 should be treated as authentic and genuine, unless verified by my client personally. It is further important to note that in the email Mr. Hrithik Roshan has been accused of hacking my client Kangana's email account and has also been accused of having a relationship with her. Besides it was also communicated to him that he has sent a lot of stuff to my client in the last six months. As Hrithik claimed ignorance to the whole matter therefore alternatively my client through her sister communicated the seriousness of the matter and as asked him file a joint complaint and also threatened him that his name would be at stake if the matter does not get closed.

 

It is now imperative to note as under :

 

That in his reply Mr. Hrithik Roshan neither specifically denies the relationship nor does he deny not hacking my client's email account or bothers to find out what exactly was the stuff which was sent to my client by an imposter (if any).

 

He further willfully fails and neglects to initiate any action immediately to clear his name nor does he bother to file an appropriate complaint against an imposter (if any) despite the fact that my client's sister had insisted on the same on the 25th of May 2015.

 

He then allegedly stops complete communication with my client or her sister and instead surprising starts receiving a lot of one-sided emails from my client at a time when my clients emails were hacked, and he not only has full knowledge of the same but has been instead accused of hacking her emails.

 

Despite full knowledge that he failed to do his duties on time, as were required by him to clear his name, he then instead diligently stores and maintains these unverified and fabricated emails for future use as is seen now. It has also been observed that he willfully fails to authenticate the genuineness of any of these emails which he received from a hacked account.

 

It has been noted that only after Mr. Hrithik Roshan had collected sufficient fabricated and unverified emails with him, including the mails where he claims that my client is suffering from Aspeger's syndrome, he then belatedly goes to the police after 7 months and files an informal complaint, and does not intimate my client or her sister despite their insistence to file a joint complaint. He then lies to the police as well as public that he gained knowledge of the imposter from many people which include his fans and people from the Industry, and purposely does not give the name of my client as he knows that my client shall forthwith provide all details as required by the Police on time and the imposter (if any) would be caught immediately. He then surprisingly abandons his informal complaint with the Police for 14 months and does not bother about the same.

 

Then thereafter in February end he sends my client a defamation notice for her comment on "Silly Ex" and demands a public apology. In the said Notice he threatens and blackmails my client that if she does not apologize in public he shall handover these unverified and fabricated (hacked) emails which includes my client's photos etc. to various forums. In the meantime when he gains knowledge that my client has abandoned and closed her accounts as they were being hacked continuously, he then revives his old complaint and files a FIR on the 5th of March 2016 and names my client and his sister as witnesses.

 

Thereafter he through media pressurises my client and her sister to record their statement with the police without obtaining a copy of the FIR. He obviously wants my clients' rights and liberties to be prejudiced for reasons best known to him. In the meantime when he gains knowledge that my clients shall record their statement on the 30th of April. He does not wait till 30th of April 2016 and gets some private report as per his whims and fancies and circulates the same to clear his name and image. He also in the meantime starts showing those unverified and fabricated emails to the media to prove that it was a one-sided relationship and my client is mentally not stable. These acts are indulged in by Mr. Hrithik Roshan despite full knowledge that these emails are not reliable at all.

 

Let Mr. Hrithik Roshan justify his acts of commissions and omissions to the public as this is what he really wants"

 

Accordingly I have a simple set of question for Mr. Hrithik Roshan which he needs to answer in public.

 

1) When his name, image and reputation was at stake and he was accused of hacking my clients emails and was also accused of being in a relationship with my client, besides there being a charge on him that he has also sent a lot of stuff in the last 6 months to my client and that therefore there cannot be any imposter. When this was the situation on 24th of May 2014 then why did Mr. Hrithik Roshan not bother to find out what exactly was the stuff which was sent by the imposter to my client?

 

2) Also why did he not bother clearing his name by immediately filing a complaint against the imposter, as my client was always more than willing to participate in the complaint. ?

 

3) Why did Hrithik file a complaint belatedly without the knowledge of my client after almost 7 months, only after he had collected sufficient one-sided unreliable and fabricated emails from my client's hacked emails account/s?

 

4) Why did he lie to the police and to the media that he gained knowledge of an imposter from his fans and from people within the Industry, when he was legally required to bring out the truth, and was dutifully required to name my client in the complaint as was suggested by her through her sister?

 

5) Why did he not authenticate these emails (as now referred to and relied upon) with my client when he knew fully well that her accounts were hacked and therefore all emails received from her are legally, morally and ethically subject to verification ? On what grounds has he circulated such unreliable and fabricated emails to the media and Police to defend himself?

 

6) On what grounds does he claim that any fabricated email received my client's hacked account which talks about any mental or physical problem is genuine and on these basis what is he trying to prove to the world?

 

7) Why did he lie in his notice that he does not know my client socially at all?

 

8) Why did he file a proper FIR against an imposter only after my clients emails were hacked and all material were deleted from her accounts and when he knew fully well that these emails of my client have been closed by her as the same had become absolutely dangerous to operate? Why was this complaint in the form of a FIR not legally made at the right time by Hrithik Roshan under Section 154 of CRPC when it was actually and legally required?

 

9) Why does he not want my client to obtain a copy of the FIR which was filed belatedly by him? Also why is he pressurizing my client to record her statement with the Police without asking any questions and without exercising her rights?

 

10) Why is he desperately wanting a clean chit in the matter and does not want the police to file an investigation report and why can't he cannot wait for it?

 

11) Why is he circulating a private cyber forensic report to the world which has been paid for by him and is obviously favoring him, despite full knowledge that this report is absolutely useless and is legally unacceptable?

 

On the other hand, talking about Kangna being summoned by the police on April 30, Hrithik Roshan's legal team has too released a statement saying, "It is quite obvious that his client has withheld the truth from him, and he has not been privy to the evidences until now. Come April 30, the investigating agency, entrusted with investigating Mr. Roshan 's complaint shall know the truth, once Ms. Ranaut submits her electronic devices for forensic examination and gets her statement recorded in accordance with the law"
