Varun Sharma, who rose to fame with his portrayal of Choocha in the Fukrey film series, is gearing up for the trailer launch of the third instalment. Fukrey 3 is set to release in theatres on September 28, 2023.
In a recent post on social media, Sharma shared an emotional note about his journey with the Fukrey franchise. He wrote, "It's been 10 years to Fukrey and today marks the Special Day where we bring you the Trailer of our 3rd Instalment. Teary Eyed and with a lot of love in my heart heading out for the Trailer Launch! Thank you for Giving us so much Love. Thank you for Making Fukrey Yours. Thank you for making us a Part of your Family! Truly feel Grateful for all the love and acceptance you have given us."
Sharma also recalled the dream of his character in the first instalment, which was to enter the college with his on-screen best friend, played by Pulkit Samrat, riding horses. He wrote, "Bhai mera na ik Sapna hai Jab humara Collage ka pehla din hoga na dono bhai Ghode pe jayenge college tu safed pe mai kaale pe dono ne kala chashma lal Shirt kali Pant and Kaale jhoothe pehne honge!! Bhai Ladkiyan maar mitengi hum dono pe. This was my dream in 2013 for Fukrey and what better way to enter and unveil the Trailer of Fukrey3 in the same Manner in 2023!"

The trailer launch of Fukrey 3 is being eagerly anticipated by fans, who are excited to see the return of the quirky gang. The film is directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba and also stars Pulkit Samrat, Richa Chadha, Ali Fazal, and Manjot Singh.
