Telugu actor Vijay Deverakonda who first enjoyed massive success with the release of Arjun Reddy is all set to turn producer. However, Vijay will not be the protagonist in the film. His Pelli Choopulu director Tharun Bhascker will be playing the protagonist in the movie.
Vijay Deverakonda took to Youtube to make the official announcement of the title of the film with a small video featuring him and his actor Tharun. Sharing the video he wrote, “While we were finding it painfully hard to break into the industry and make a film, I decided...The day I make it, I'll start a production house... I realize how hard it is to do this and how risky but what is life without a challenge, so with most of my savings on the line ???? I reveal to you King Of The Hill's 1st production Title!"

The title of the movie is Meeku Maatrame Chepta. In the video, Vijay Deverakonda says that he is making the film with whatever savings he has. There is certainly a curiosity surrounding this project as Vijay chose an unconventional actor as his hero instead of himself being the protagonist.
Meanwhile, Vijay Deverakonda was last seen on screen in the film Dear Comrade, which was released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam simultaneously. Karan Johar has bought the rights of the film to remake it in Hindi.
