Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha Ruth Prabhu will be coming together for the first time in the romantic comedy Kushi and the film has been garnering a lot of attention ever since its inception. The Pan India entertainer is currently on its last schedule in Kerala. While the team has been busy trying to wrap up the shoot, Vijay too decided to have a working birthday on May 9. However, the team decided to make it special and celebrated it during the shoot.

A video of Vijay Deverakonda celebrating his birthday with the team of Kushi has found its way online. If reports are to be believed, Vijay and his team are currently shooting in the in-skirts of Kerala amidst the picturesque nature. The video features Vijay from one of their shooting spots wherein the team got a cake, and he is seen cutting the cake, amid the presence of the crew and co-star Samantha Ruth Prabhu. A fan page of the Arjun Reddy actor posted the same on social media.

On the other hand, as a part of the celebrations, the makers of his film Kushi decided to share a small tribute for the star’s birthday by launching the first single from the movie. The romantic number released in multiple languages including Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam as ‘Tu Meri Roja’, ‘Nanna Roja Neene’, ‘En Rojaa Neeye’, ‘Na Roja Nuvve’ and ‘En Roja Neeye’ respectively.

Besides that, Vijay also shared another interesting update about one of his upcoming films. The actor shared the mahurat pooja from the sets of his 12th film where he will be seen alongside Sreeleela for the first time and the untitled venture will feature him in the role fo a spy.
