Thug Life: Photo of Kamal Haasan and Silambarasan take social media by storm : Bollywood News

Being one of the most anticipated dramas of Kamal Haasan, Thug Life is also special because it reunites the Tamil superstar with renowned and veteran filmmaker Mani Ratnam after over three decades. The film will also feature popular star Silambarasan in a key role, which was initially to be played by Dulquer Salmaan. While the film has already gone on floors, recently a photo from the sets found its way online and ever since, it has been going viral on the platform.

On May 6, a photo of Kamal Haasan, looking much younger, was seen along with actress Abhirami in a pink saree, Silambarasan in a clean-shaven look, along with Nasser standing in the back in his spectacled look, and this photo has found its way on social media X (formerly Twitter). From what we hear the photo was clicked during the shoot of Thug Life. Fan clubs of the stars were thrilled to catch a glimpse of this magnum opus in the making and also about the fact that they received a sneak peek into the first look of the actors in the movie. Although details of the film continue to stay under wraps, buzz on the platform is that the makers are keen on releasing an intriguing teaser of sorts to add to the current curiosity surrounding the film. We hear that a clip featuring Silambarasan will be unveiled later on Monday, at around 5 pm to showcase audiences a little about the character he will be essaying in the film.

Apart from them, Trisha Krishnan is also a part of this venture. According to reports, names of Hindi actors like Pankaj Tripathi and Ali Fazal have also been associated with the film. It is yet to be seen if the upcoming teaser will feature any of these mentioned stars.

Speaking of the rest of the team, music composer AR Rahman is scoring the soundtrack, along with cinematographer Ravi K Chandran, editor Sreekar Prasad, and stunt choreographer duo Anbariv comprising of the technical crew. Thug Life is jointly produced by Raajkamal Films International, Madras Talkies, Red Giant Movies, R Mahendran and Siva Ananth.
