Kamal Haasan is basking in the overwhelming response to his recently released film Vikram. Directed by Lokesh Kanagraj, the film has proven to be a massive hit among the audience as is evident from its stupendous run at the box office. Owing to the success of the film, Kamal Haasan decided to surprise his director by gifting him a Lexus car. A photo of the actor handing over the keys to Lokesh has gone viral on social media with the brand new car in the background wrapped in a blue cloth.
Lokesh took to his social media handle to share a picture of him and Kamal Haasan posing with the news car in a parking lot. "Thank you so much Aandavarey @ikamalhaasan," he captioned the post.

Vikram, which also stars Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil, was released in theaters worldwide on June 3. The film continues to roar down South whilst it is making good noise in the North belt as well. Looking at the response, Lokesh took to social media to thank fans for wholeheartedly accepting the film. Lokesh said he has no idea how he will repay the love of the fans. His tweet read, “I haven’t been this emotional ever. The acceptance u’ve showed #Vikram and me has been so overwhelming.I don’t know how i’m gonna repay you guys for all this love.Ever grateful to @ikamalhaasan sir and my amazing people. So moved. Love you all.”
To which, Kamal Haasan responded, “The only way you can do any debt management with a loving audience is to never become complacent. Do honest back-breaking work, they love and respect that. My energy comes from their love. All power to your endeavors. RKFI will proudly support you as we did this time. Rock on.”
