Actress-Singer Shruti Haasan has been making her way back to the independent music scene along with her acting projects. The actress, who has wooed music lovers with her previous singles and have also received a rousing response from critics and audience alike, decided to treat them to a special surprise at the recently held international music festival VH1 SuperSonic wherein she performed a secret unreleased track with SickFlip.

This new single was in collaboration with SickFlip and Shruti Haasan took to the stage which left her fans and audiences quite surprised. Soon, the entire crowd is expected to have been vibing to the music and despite not knowing the lyrics they were quick to catch on and sing along. A video was shared by the official handle of VH1 SuperSonic on social media which not only features Shruti enjoying the stage while giving the electrifying performance but also the audience cheering for it.

Not too long ago, Shruti Haasan shared a similar experience after performing at the Northeast Festival. The actress turned singer yet again performed an original track ‘Wash Me Away’ and had grooved with the audience. It seems that Shruti loves to share her new works with her fans and even takes to social media to share its tid-bits quite frequently.

In the past, Shruti Haasan showcased her skills as a singer with singles like Monster Machine and if reports are to be believed, she is also expected to be musically collaborating with her father and superstar Kamal Haasan and Lokesh Kanagaraj which was announced on her social media. In yet another instance, fans also heard Shruti’s vocals in the much-awaited Yash starrer Toxic in the latter’s announcement teaser.

Apart from singing, Shruti also continues to pursue her passion for acting. Along with the second instalment of Prabhas starrer Salaar where her character Aadya will be explored further, the actress also has Dacoit with Adivi Sesh, a Hindi-Telugu romantic-action bilingual in the pipeline.
