Shruti Haasan has not only established her name as an actress in the South and Bollywood industries but is also exploring and rediscovering herself as a musician-singer. From singing international and English songs to even lending her voice for certain films, Shruti has been simultaneously pursuing her passion for music. In fact, her very action social media handle is a proof of the same as the actress-singer never fails to update her fans about her upcoming releases.

Continuing with the ritual, Shruti Haasan decided to share a sneak peek of something new she has been working on. The actress released a tiny piece of her singing along with a piano of new unreleased single, which is still ‘under process’. She also revealed in her caption about how it has been a while since she focused on her piano and added, “Been away from my piano for so long, i rush back in and write cause I feel like I need to shed light on all I feel and can’t articulate - where do they go to? Do they disappear with time - something I once called mine starts to feel like someone else’s lie”. Her latest single not only hit the right notes on the music front but also among fans who couldn’t stop gushing over her voice and the new melody. Some of the comments included, “Always a big fan of your voice”, “If perfection had a face”, “Your voice is loveeeeee,” among others.

Meanwhile, on the work front, the actress essayed the role of Aadhya in the recently released Prabhas starrer Salaar: Part 1: Ceasefire which featured an ensemble cast including Prithviraj Sukumaran, Jagapathi Babu, Sriya Reddy, among others and now, she will also be a part of the second instalment. Besides that, she will also be reuniting onscreen with Pan-India star Adivi Sesh for Dacoit, a Telugu-Hindi bilingual romantic-actioner.
