Shruti Haasan ditches her car and opts for rickshaw ride; gives a peek into her Mumbai life, watch : Bollywood News

Traveling within the city amidst all the road construction and round-the-clock traffic can be exhausting for us all and in times like these, it is prudent to hop onto public transport, and actress Shruti Haasan, recently did just that. Ditching her car while recently traveling to Madh island for a shoot, Shruti took an auto rickshaw and a jetty instead to overcome the peak hour traffic.

“Not only was it a smart decision but one which Shruti thoroughly enjoyed. She took a rickshaw ride after years and loved the experience and has decided to opt for it more often. It not only saves time but is also a better option keeping our environment in mind. It also enables her to get to shoots on time so it is a win-win for all,” adds a source.

Speaking of the professional front, Shruti was last seen in the 2023 Prashanth Neel film Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire, starring Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran. She has a bunch of projects in her kitty including Adivi Sesh's action thriller film Dacoit, helmed by Shaneil Deo.
