Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Vijay Deverakonda will be coming together for the romantic comedy Kushi which is slated to release this year. The two actors are currently shooting for the last schedule of the rom-com in Kerala. While we got a glimpse of the shoot when a video from the birthday celebrations of Vijay went viral on social media, now Samantha too gave a sneak peek of behind the scenes (bts) of the film to her fans on the platform. Along with that, the actress piqued their interest by sharing a cryptic post on solitude.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu took to Instagram to share some BTS photos of Kushi, in which she is seen wearing a hijab. Recently makers decided to give a glimpse of the film by unveiling the first song from the film which features a few montage shots of Vijay Deverakonda trying to woo a rather strict-looking, nervous, character Samantha in the movie. In the post shared by the actress, she has posted several photos of her solo shots, picturesque nature, kids playing on the ground etc. and along with that she has also added a cryptic post as a part of the carousel mix. The post said, “if you become quiet, alone, and still long enough, a higher-vibrational and more empowered you comes out. Solitude is sacred. -Lalah Delia”.

Talking about Kushi, the film brings together Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Vijay Deverakonda on the big screen as love interests for the first time. Produced under the banner Mythri Movie Makers, the film is directed by Shiva Niravana and it is slated to release on September 1, 2023 in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada languages.

Besides this, Samantha Ruth Prabhu also has the much talked about Amazon Prime Video series Citadel in the pipeline, where she will be sharing screen space with Varun Dhawan.
