Rashmika Mandanna has begun her next big project — the much-anticipated action thriller Mysaa. The film officially went on floors as the cast and crew headed to Kerala to kick off its first schedule. The announcement came via executive producer Ravikiran Madineedi, who shared a video montage on Instagram featuring glimpses from the team’s journey.

The clip showcased candid photos from their flight, stunning aerial views, and the lush landscapes of Athirapally — the picturesque Kerala location famous for its waterfalls and dense forests. Sharing the same on Instagram, Ravikiran captioned it saying, “And it begins… Every story finds its rhythm before the first frame. In the whispers of waterfalls and forests, in the calm before creation — the vision starts to breathe.”

The upcoming film, directed by Rawindra Pulle and produced by Unformula Films, has already generated immense buzz, thanks to Rashmika’s intriguing first look posters. Earlier this year, the actress surprised fans by unveiling a striking poster that showed her in a gritty, warrior-like avatar — a drastic shift from her previous on-screen roles. The excitement was further amplified when a new Diwali poster dropped recently, giving fans a glimpse of Rashmika in full action mode.

When asked for an update on Mysaa, the actress excitedly replied, “Mysaa is going to be maaaaaaddddd! It's a out and out commercial film..
