Actor Rana Daggubati and entrepreneur Miheeka Bajaj announced their engagement in late May, earlier this year. As the couple is set to tie the knot on August 8, the pre-wedding celebrations began with mehendi, haldi ceremonies.

Ahead of the wedding today, Rana Daggubati was all smiles as he posted a picture with father Suresh Babu and uncle Venkatesh Daggubati. Dressed in beige white kurta and veshti, he simply wrote, "Ready!!!"

Miheeka Bajaj’s haldi ceremony took place on Wednesday and the pictures were shared on August 7. This was followed by her mehendi ceremony on Friday, August 7.

It was recently reported that only 30 guests will be in attendance at the wedding. All of the guests will be tested for COVID-19 too.

On the work front, Rana Daggubati will star in Haathi Mere Saathi. It was supposed to release on April 12, 2020, but due to lockdown and theatres being shut, the new release is yet to be announced.
