Ram Charan starrer Peddi has entered the final stage of production, with the makers confirming that only six more days of shooting remain. The update was shared along with a fresh behind-the-scenes picture featuring the actor and director Buchi Babu Sana from the sets of the film.
The team posted a candid selfie of Ram Charan and Buchi Babu Sana on social media, while announcing that the remaining portions of the film would be completed shortly. The makers also reiterated that the film is slated for a June 2026 release, with the exact date expected to be announced soon. The caption of the post read, “Mega Power Star @AlwaysRamCharan and @buchibabu_sana from the sets of #Peddi. The entire shoot will be wrapped in 6 more days. Grand release this June.”

Since its announcement, Peddi has generated considerable attention among fans, particularly as it features Ram Charan in a different on-screen avatar. Earlier promotional material, including the Peddi Pehelwan glimpse, offered a first look at the actor’s rugged and intense character, adding to anticipation surrounding the project.
The film also stars Janhvi Kapoor, Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, Divyendu Sharma, and Boman Irani in key roles, making it one of the notable multi-starrer releases in the pipeline.
Apart from visuals, the film’s music has also become a talking point. With A.R. Rahman composing the soundtrack, the first single ‘Chikiri Chikiri’ attracted strong attention online after release. The second track, ‘Rai Rai Raa Raa’, followed with a more energetic presentation and quickly gained traction on social media platforms.
The team is now likely to shift toward the film’s post-production stage, especially with the shoot nearing completion. With only a few days of filming left, the makers are expected to focus on visual effects, editing and final promotions ahead of release.
Written and directed by Buchi Babu Sana, Peddi is produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under the banner Vriddhi Cinemas, in association with Mythri Movie Makers.
