While a day ago, Ram Charan was trending with Amazon Prime Video unveiling the details of his next Game Changer, another film of the Telugu superstar has been trending on social media. His untitled venture RC16 with Buchi Babu Sana has now become even bigger with the announcement of Janhvi Kapoor joining the cast. Now, on March 20, we hear that the film’s mahurat pooja was held in Hyderabad as the actors are all set to kick start the venture.

In a video which has found its way online, Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor are seen bonding together at this pooja where Ram is seen in an all-white ensemble whereas the Kapoor girl looks glamorous and gorgeous in a beautiful saree with sequined blouse. Joining them is also music maestro A. R. Rahman who will compose music for this upcoming massy entertainer. The fanpages of the RRR actor are currently going gaga over the photos and videos from this mahurat ceremony as they cannot wait to see the actor kick off his new project. Apart from the duo, RC16 also features Kannada superstar Shiva Rajkumar in a key role.

Meanwhile, Ram Charan has not yet returned to the big screens after his magnum opus RRR. The actor recently completed the much-awaited S Shankar film Game Changer. The film stars him alongside Kiara Advani and is expected to release this year but the date for the same is yet to be announced.

On the other hand, this marks the second Telugu project of Janhvi Kapoor who interestingly will also share screen space with the other RRR actor Jr NTR in his much-awaited two part-film Devara, co-starring Saif Ali Khan. The film will release on October 10, during the occasion of Dussehra.
