The teaser launch of The RajaSaab was held at Hyderabad’s Prasads Multiplex’s sprawling PCX screen in the presence of producers T G Vishwa Prasad, Krithi Prasad and SKN, production designer Rajeevan and cinematographer Karthik Palani along with hundreds of fans.
The soft-spoken Rajeevan said, “It’s been a long journey with this project since the last 3 – 3 ½ years.”
T G Vishwa Prasad revealed, “There are a lot of expectations from fans of Prabhas. We hope that this becomes the largest movie, breaking all records. It’ll be in the list of top 3 films of Indian Cinema in terms of VFX and grandeur. It’ll have non-stop entertainment, the best music and we, of course, have the best director! Also, we have in the film Prabhas, the largest icon in the world!”
T G Vishwa Prasad further said, “We had our peak schedule after the release of Kalki 2898 AD (2024). It started in end of July or early August and it went all the way up to December-end. I don’t know how Maruthi managed it. He would start work at 6 am and end by 10-11 pm. This continued for 120 days.”
He added, “The grand 40-minute climax came out of that 120 days. Meanwhile, the VFX team took 300 days to capture what was shot in the largest set of the world.”
The RajaSaab releases in cinemas on December 5.
