However, the actresses recently took social media by surprise when they posted photographs of a pregnancy test. Not just users but also their industry colleagues couldn’t comprehend the reason behind their gestures.

Nithya Menen took to her Instagram handle to share a photo of a pregnancy test that shows positive along with a pacifier placed on the left. She had captioned it saying, “And, the Wonder Begins ??????” This picture came across as a shock to many including fans. While fans continued to ask her about her marital status and her partner’s details by dropping comments on the post, her friend and fashion designer Eka Lakhani too added a shock and heart-eyes emoji.

Almost around the same time, Parvathy Thiruvothu uploaded a similar image on her official Instagram page that invited equal amounts of curious comments. Her friends and co-stars like Malavika Mohanan and Swara Bhasker were one of the first few to comment. While Malavika said, “Damn I flipped out for a second!”, Swara Bhasker dropped in a congratulatory message, “OMG sooooooo many congratulations my lovely!!!!” However, after fans came across both posts, they figured out that this is not real but a part of a film’s promotion.

While we are not sure about their forthcoming project, we believe it has something to do with pregnancy. As for their projects, Nithya is gearing up for the release of Breathe: Into The Shadows 2 which will premiere on Amazon Prime. The series also stars Abhishek Bachchan, Saiyami Kher, and Amit Sadh. Talking about Parvathy Thiruvothu, the actress will be seen in Chiyaan Vikram, Malavika Mohanan starrer Thangalaan.
