Celebrated Malayalam superstar Mohanlal is poised to make his foray into direction with his debut film Barroz, a 3D fantasy drama. The film has been in the headlines for a couple of years. For the same, the actor visited Sony Studios in Hollywood to fine-tune the sound and music for the film.
At the studio, he watched the film with music composer Mark Kilian and theatre actor and director Jonathan Miller. Sharing a photo on his social media on Friday night, he wrote, “Watching Barroz at Sony Studios Hollywood with Mark Kilian and Jonathan Miller for the fine-tuning of music and sound.”

Barroz will feature an international ensemble from Portugal, Spain, Ghana, and America. The film also stars Guru Somasundaram, and Prashant Nair among others. Produced by Aashirvad Cinemas, it will release in theatres on March 28.
Most recently, Mohanlal was seen in Malaikottai Vaaliban directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery.
