Jr NTR and his half-brother Nandamuri Kalyan Ram marked the 29th death anniversary of their legendary grandfather, Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao (NTR), former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and iconic actor. The brothers visited NTR Ghat in Hyderabad, located on the banks of Hussain Sagar Lake, where they paid their respects and offered flowers at his memorial. NTR passed away on January 18, 1996.

A heartfelt video surfaced showing Jr NTR and Kalyan Ram paying tribute to their late grandfather, Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, at his memorial on his 29th death anniversary. Dressed in black, the brothers offered floral wreaths at NTR's memorial at NTR Ghat in Hyderabad. The video also captured the duo entering the memorial, escorted by tight security.

On the 29th death anniversary of NT Rama Rao, his son, actor-politician Nandamuri Balakrishna, along with other family members, paid heartfelt tributes at NTR Ghat. The legendary actor, known for his prolific career in over 300 films, was remembered by his loved ones with floral offerings and moments of silence.

In May 2024, Jr NTR visited NTR Ghat to commemorate the 101st birth anniversary of his legendary grandfather, Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao. A prominent actor and politician, NT Rama Rao featured in nearly 300 films and won three National Awards. He later transitioned into politics, serving as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh for seven years across three terms.

On the work front, Jr NTR was last seen in Devara, is currently busy shooting for War 2 directed by Ayan Mukerji. The action-packed film also stars Hrithik Roshan.
