Next to be seen in one of the highly-anticipated films of 2024, Devara: Part 1, Jr NTR is currently busy shooting for the film in Goa, which also includes filming a song. The actor, whose performance in the Oscar-winning song ‘Naatu Naatu’ from RRR won hearts, is expected to win hearts in another hit dance number. Taking us straight to the sets in Goa, the makers of the action entertainer have now revealed a picture of the actor with director Koratala Siva and choreographer Raju Sundaram from the song shoot.
Fans were excited to catch a glimpse of Jr NTR from the sets of Devara Part 1 where he can be seen showcasing his signature style, donning a checkered shirt and dhoti, adorned with a bead necklace. Readers would be aware that the film is set against the backdrop of the sea which is also one of the key reasons why it is being extensively shot in the state of beaches. Makers shared this picture on social media, with a caption that read, “Making waves in Goa!! ???? #Devara”.

Speaking of this action entertainer, it is expected to be mounted on a massive scale and Jr NTR’s second big collaboration with filmmaker Koratala Siva after the 2016 hit film Janatha Garage. Interestingly, it will also mark the return of the actor to theatres after his mega-blockbuster RRR.
The film is produced by Yuvasudha Arts and NTR Arts and presented by Nandamuri Kalyan Ram. The film’s music is composed by Anirudh Ravichander, whereas the cinematography is handled by R Rathnavelu. Devara Part 1, which also marks the Telugu debut of Saif Ali Khan, will unfold in two parts, with the initial chapter hitting theatres on October 10, 2024, coinciding with the Dussehra weekend.
