Allu Arjun starrer pan-India film Pushpa has a new release date now. The film was supposed to hit the theatres on August 13 and has now been postponed to Christmas of 2021. Earlier this year, the makers had announced that the film will hit the theaters on August 13. However, due to the ongoing pandemic, the schedule of the film was delayed and theaters in the country are yet to reopen.
On Tuesday, Allu Arjun took to his social media handle to announce that the first part of the film will be released on Christmas in five languages. The first single of the film will be released on August 13 in five languages with Devi Sri Prasad as the music composer.

Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa also features Fahadh Faasil and Rashmika Mandanna. Fahadh who plays the antagonist will mark his Telugu debut with the film. Produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar of Mythri Movie Makers in association with Muttamsetty Media, the pan-India film is directed by Sukumar. The film will be released in two parts.
