Soulmate: Kim Da Mi, Jeon So Nee and Byun Woo Seok starrer slice-of-life film to release on March 15; watch trailer

South Korea’s upcoming slice-of-life film Soulmate, starring Kim Da Mi, Jeon So Nee and Byun Woo Seok, has officially announced its release date by dropping a heartwarming trailer.

As Korean tabloid Soompi notes, Kim Da Mi and Jeon So Nee star as best friends Mi So and Ha Eun, while Byun Woo Seok plays Jin Woo, the man who becomes inextricably entangled in both of their lives at the same time.

Adapted from the Chinese film with the same name, the film revolves around love, live, friendship, longing and jealousy. Ahead of the film’s debut in March, Soulmate also unveiled individual teaser posters capturing the characters’ warm youthful days.

The posters read, as translated by Soompi, “Do you sometimes think about me too?” Moreover, the makers also dropped a new teaser featuring glimpses from Mi So, Ha Eun, and Jin Woo’s everyday life. The clip reads, “We were brightest at 17 years old, and I miss you at 27 years old.”

Towards the end of the teaser are some heartwarming clips of Mi So, Ha Eun, and Jin Woo with the caption that reads, “Whose name do you think of?” As the three on a hike, Ha Eun calls Mi So and take a photo of her as she turns around. Ha Eun then says, “Because you looked happy.”
