K-pop band aespa announces long-awaited comeback on May 8 ending 10-month hiatus

South Korean pop band aespa officially announced long-awaited comeback on May 8, ending their 10-month hiatus!

According to the Korean tabloid Soompi, On April 14, SM Entertainment confirmed, “aespa will make a comeback on May 8.” The agency added, “More details on the release as well as promotion schedules will be announced soon. We ask for your anticipation and please give it lots of interest.”

aespa's forthcoming album will mark their first comeback in approximately 10 months, following the release of their second mini album Girls in July 2022. The quartet is currently on the run for their sold-out first Japanese tour SYNK : HYPER LINE. They are next headed to Saitama on April 15 and 16.

The band will hold 10 sold-out arena shows across 4 Japanese cities for their ongoing tour. They will hold two concerts at Japan's renowned Tokyo Dome in August, making them the fastest foreign artists to perform at the venue after their debut.
