James Gunn, the director at the helm of DC Studios, has officially announced the wrap of his highly anticipated Superman film. The project, which has been generating immense buzz since its inception, marks a significant milestone in the DC Universe's reboot.

Gunn took to social media to express his heartfelt gratitude to the cast and crew for their unwavering dedication and creativity. Sharing a photo from the first week of shooting in the breathtaking Svalbard, Norway, he wrote, “And that’s a wrap. God bless our cast and crew whose commitment, creativity, and hard work have brought this project to life. I set out to make a movie about a good man in a world that isn’t always so much. And the goodness and kindness and love I’ve encountered on a daily basis on the set has inspired me and thrust me forward when I felt too spent to move on my own. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. It has been an honor. The destination has been Superman, but the journey has been the toil and the laughter and the emotions and ideas and magic we’ve shared together on set - and for that, I am forever grateful.”

The film boasts a stellar cast led by David Corenswet as the iconic Man of Steel. Rachel Brosnahan brings her powerful presence to the role of Lois Lane, a force to be reckoned with in the world of journalism and a constant source of support for Clark Kent. Nicholas Hoult takes on the formidable role of Lex Luthor, setting the stage for a captivating clash between good and evil.

Joining the core cast is Nathan Fillion who steps into the shoes of Guy Gardner, Milly Alcock portrays Supergirl, María Gabriela de Faría takes on the enigmatic role of The Engineer, and Isabela Merced embodies Hawkgirl.

Beyond the central characters, the film features a supporting cast that promises to enrich the narrative. Skyler Gisondo portrays Jimmy Olsen, Superman's loyal friend and colleague at the Daily Planet. Anthony Carrigan essays the role of Metamorpho, a hero with the extraordinary ability to transform his body.
