Jack Ryan: Michael Kelly finds working with John Krasinski and Wendell Pierce rewarding: "Everyday seemed like a blessing when I went to work and loved what I did"

Jack Ryan is bidding farewell to its fans with the release of its last season on June 30. Jack doesn't really have a team in the movies and Tom Clancy’s books, however, the series’ creators tweaked the storyline a bit and showcased how Jack always needed a team to accomplish a mission. Two of the characters who always had Ryan’s back were Mike November played by Micheal Kelly and James Greer played by Wendell Pierce.

As the series is coming to an end, Michael Kelly shares his experience working with Krasinski and Pierce. He said, “Literally, one of the coolest and most rewarding things about the show is to work with these two incredible actors. Every day seemed like a blessing when I went to work and loved what I did and laughed with such a phenomenal cast and crew. I am thankful for being a part of this franchise and doing great content. The feeling of doing something so amazing is really unbelievable and rewarding.”

Pierce added and said, “It just shows how great rapport we all share on sets and when we are not shooting. The bond we share is actually reflected in the work we do as an agency, at the CIA. You rely on each other's expertise and that really is what builds the team.”

The final mission commences on June 30 on Prime Video, with two episodes premiering each Friday, leading up to the epic series finale on July 14.
