The Equalizer 3 trailer out: Denzel Washington returns as Robert McCall in the final chapter, watch

Denzel Washington, who has won two Academy Awards for his performances, is set to reprise his role as Robert McCall in the upcoming action movie sequel, The Equalizer 3. The first trailer for the movie has been released by Sony Pictures, which showcases Washington in his mysterious and avenging character of McCall.

Since giving up his life as a government assassin, Robert McCall (Denzel Washington) has struggled to reconcile the horrific things he’s done in the past and finds a strange solace in serving justice on behalf of the oppressed. Finding himself surprisingly at home in Southern Italy, he discovers his new friends are under the control of local crime bosses. As events turn deadly, McCall knows what he has to do: become his friends’ protector by taking on the mafia.

Reacting to the trailer, fans flooded the comments section with red heart and fire emoticons. A fan commented, “one of the most underrated action films ever,” while another wrote, “Excited to watch this movie in theatres the first two parts were really good.” A third one wrote, “thats a bombastic surprise, its great to see daniel beating the shit out of people.”

Directed by Antoine Fuqua, the film stars Denzel Washington, Dakota Fanning and David Denman. The Equalizer 3 promises to be an action-packed movie with Washington delivering his trademark style of performance. The film is produced by Sony Pictures, a renowned production house that has delivered some of the biggest blockbusters in Hollywood.
